Hello again, reader(s)!

I've finally acquired a plane ticket to jolly old Nippon, and am in the final stages of getting ready-ness.  (I sent away for my visa today, ahhh!) I can't believe I'll be in Japan in something like 35 days. Craaaaazay. :O Now I really need to get down to business to defeat the huns as far as figuring out what I'm gonna pack goes. So far the only things I've definitely decided to bring are my big hard drive (which is named Hermione, in case you were wondering or something)...and that's pretty much it. (Besides the obvious clothes, toiletries, etc., of course.)
Now I'm just ready to be done with school and back home for the month or so I have between then and now. GO FASTER, TIME.

Speaking of time, my plane flight involves a lot of confusing time travel. For example, I leave San Francisco at 11:30 on January 5th, and arrive in Tokyo at 3:30 on January 6th. So that's a 27 hour difference in a 13-or-so-hour flight. Timezones are so confusing. >.< It's seriously worse than the Star Trek reboot movie and Prisoner of Azkaban put together. I can't even.
